    Yemen's envoy to Tehran Ibrahim Mohammed al-Dailami answered the question about Iran's proposed four-article plan to end the war in Yemen and whether it can be used to end the war, saying: "Iran's plan was presented at the beginning of the Saudi aggression on Yemen, and I believe that the plan could be used as the basis for ending the war, but given the five years since the aggression, this plan must be expanded, developed and reviewed so that it could gain regional and international support."
