Unprecedented increase in the number of suicides among Israeli soldiers
Pars Today - The Haaretz newspaper has revealed that the army of the Zionist regime has faced an unprecedented wave of soldier suicides this year.
According to Pars Today, the Hebrew-language newspaper "Haaretz" reported a significant increase in the number of suicides among soldiers of the Zionist regime since the beginning of 2026. Analysts have described this as the "tip of the iceberg" of a deeper crisis among military forces since October 7 (the Gaza war, which began on October 7, 2023).
The newspaper reported that since the start of this year, more than 10 soldiers have committed suicide, and it further noted a significant rise in such cases this month alone, with 6 suicides recorded in the military. According to the report, of the total recorded cases, 8 were among conscripts and the other 3 involved reservists.
This comes as the Israeli army faces mounting pressure due to prolonged and intensive military operations. Notably, some reports suggest that Benjamin Netanyahu, the Zionist regime Prime Minister, started a futile war against Iran to maintain his grip on power and failed to achieve his objectives.
