Hamas: Israel seeks to disrupt Gaza agreement

Pars Today – The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) said that the Israeli regime is seeking to thwart the mediators’ efforts to achieve a lasting ceasefire in Gaza.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB, Hamas said early Thursday that the Israeli regime continues to seek to undermine the efforts of mediating countries, guarantor parties, and the Peace Council to reach an agreement that would lead to a lasting ceasefire.

The movement condemned the targeting of a number of Palestinians in northern and southern Gaza by the Israeli regime’s military, an act that resulted in the martyrdom of one person and the injury of several others.

Hamas also called on all parties to assume their responsibility for establishing calm and stability and to pressure the Israeli regime to abide by the agreements that have been reached.
