  • American hypocrisy: Peace rhetoric on media, delivering bomb on coast

Pars Today- The American president, giving greenlight to the Zionist regime to continue crimes against humanity towards the people of Palestine and Lebanon, confessed that no government has helped Israel as much as his government.

The US President, Joe Biden, addressing Zionists, said recently, "No government has helped Israel more than my government."

According to Pars Today, Biden has admitted that he is the greatest supporter of the fake Zionist regime and the warmongering policies of the regime. Biden added that what matters for him is to prevent an all-out war to break out in West Asia.

The American claim to create peace and calm in West Asia has no compliance with its practical support for the savage Zionist regime. The United States, under pressure both from the domestic and global public opinion, claims to make effort to set up ceasefire and reach agreement between the parties in the Israeli war against Gaza and Lebanon. This claim is raised while the US government has always adopted double and contradictory stances in West Asia. This has caused the Zionist regime to continue unprecedented crimes and expand the war to Lebanon.

During the Obama tenure, according to an agreement between Tel Aviv and Washington, the US was supposed to give a military package worth $3.8 billion to the fake Zionist regime. Moreover, since October 7, 2023, the United States has passed a law which gives at least $12.5 billion to the regime including the $3.8 billion of March 2024 bill (according to the current agreement) and $8.7 billion of the complementary credits in April 2024. According to this report, based on the dollar value in 2022, the volume of US' military aid to Israel has surpassed $230 billion since 1946 till this year.

However, the US State Department has just issued a statement claiming that it has appropriated packages of humanitarian aid worth $157 million to the war-hit people in Lebanon and other regions.

The Qatari al-Jazeera TV announced in reaction to this claim, "Now, these are the arms donated by the US which are being dropped over the Lebanese civilians. Furthermore, Washington's wide diplomatic support has emboldened the officials in Tel Aviv for more savagery in West Asia. Yet, the US still tries to keep demagogic pretention."

In view of this, Mark Kelly, Democratic senator and senior member of the Senate Armed Forces Committee, acknowledged that the Zionist regime has used guided bombs made in the US during its recent crime in Lebanon.

Washington Post, too, referring to the pictures published by the Zionist military, wrote that, in the recent attack on Beirut leading to the martyrdom of the Secretary General of Hezbollah, Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, Israel has most probably used 2000-pound bombs made by the US.
