Delegations from Brazil, Russia, India, China, and the United Arab Emirates also attended the meeting.
The outcomes of the meeting include an agreement on developing a framework for group cooperation in the field of neuroscience under the responsibility of Russia, and determining priority topics for study, including in the field of neuroscience, advanced medicine, combating emerging diseases, and the application of biotechnology in climate change.
