Protesters in the United States: Stop the war against Iran
Pars Today – Hundreds of anti-war protesters in Manhattan, New York, held a demonstration condemning the joint military aggression of the United States and the Zionist regime against Iran.
According to Pars Today, quoting IRNA, hundreds of anti-war demonstrators took to the streets of Manhattan to protest the joint U.S.-Israeli attacks on Iran. The protesters chanted “No War with Iran” and carried placards reading: “Money for People’s Needs, Not War with Iran” and “Stop the War Against Iran.”
Protesters declared that President Donald Trump and the White House should focus on domestic American issues rather than engaging in foreign conflicts and wars.
Ethan Mabourakh, the organizer of the rally and director of community engagement at the National Iranian American Council (NIAC), stated in a press release, “The Iranian-American community is deeply disheartened to see the escalation of tensions without any clear prospect for resolution.” He emphasized: “Americans are tired of endless wars, and Trump repeatedly promised during his campaign that he would not lead us into yet another endless war.”
The rally’s statement also read, “American soldiers have lost their lives in this new war — a war being waged for the profits of oil companies and weapons manufacturers.”
