Meta's cooperation with Zionist regime in war against Iran

Pars Today – U.S. media outlet The Intercept has reported, citing leaked documents, that Meta removed some Iran war-related content from Facebook and Instagram at Israel's request.

According to Pars Today, citing IRIB News, documents published by The Intercept indicate that Israel asked Meta to remove dozens of posts published on Facebook and Instagram during the conflict with Iran.

According to the report, the requests included the removal of pro-Iran posts, content critical of Israel, images and videos showing the impact of Iranian missile strikes, as well as accounts that published military analyses.

The leaked documents further indicate that Meta complied with some of these requests and removed a portion of the targeted content.

The report also states that a Meta executive who had previously worked with Benjamin Netanyahu acted as an intermediary between Israel and the company to facilitate content removal from Facebook and Instagram.

The Intercept did not provide further details regarding the exact number of posts that were removed or any official response from Meta concerning the leaked documents.
