According to Pars Today, citing TV BRICS, Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira, stressing that BRICS is entering a phase of consolidation, said the group has prioritized integrating new members and strengthening dialogue with partner countries.
According to Brazil’s foreign minister, several partner countries have already expressed interest in becoming permanent members of the group. However, structuring relations between permanent members and partners is now a crucial stage in BRICS’ institutional development.

Meanwhile, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov also stressed that BRICS can serve as a tool for advancing the interests of the global majority.
He said this goal will be achieved through the participation of leaders of partner countries, as well as the heads of several countries that lead regional groupings in the Global South and East.
