Human virtues and vices have been beautifully and exactly portrayed in the Islamic ethics and Muslims are called to observe these characteristics. God says in ayahs 34 and 35 of surah Hajj: “… and give good news to the humble, those whose hearts tremble when Allah is mentioned, and those who are patient on what befalls them, and those who maintain prayer and spend from what We have given them.”
