Human rights groups have criticized French President, Emmanuel Macron’s meeting with Mohammed bin Salman in Saudi Arabia on Saturday (Dec. 04), which marked the first one-on-one public meeting of a major western leader with the crown prince of Saudi Arabia since the state-sponsored assassination of the dissident Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
