Iran’s FM: We are hearing contradictory & conflicting messages from US

Pars Today - The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran said: We are hearing contradictory and conflicting messages from the United States, and what they mean and what goals they encompass is up to them.

Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, speaking to reporters in Moscow and referring to the recent contradictory stances of the Americans, reminded that, from Iran’s perspective, what is stated at the negotiating table (indirectly and through intermediaries) is the criterion and determining factor. He said: “In response to these stances, we have also expressed our views with seriousness and clarity, and we are completely serious in these negotiations.” The Iranian foreign minister also stated that Rome is not the host of the negotiations, but rather the location of the negotiations, adding: “The host of talks is still the government of Oman.” /Mehr news agency
