Pars Today — News sources have reported missile and drone attacks by Yemen’s Armed Forces against Saudi-backed militias.

According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, early Tuesday morning, Yemeni forces targeted the city and port of Mokha in Taiz Province with missiles and drones.

The report said that two powerful explosions were heard simultaneously at the port of Mokha.

Al Arabiya also quoted military sources as saying that positions of forces opposed to Yemen’s government in the city of Marib were targeted with several ballistic missiles and drones. No information has yet been released on possible casualties or damage caused by the attacks.

Meanwhile, Hezam al-Asad, a member of the political bureau of the Ansarullah movement, said Saudi Arabia had been caught off guard by the operations of Yemen’s Armed Forces in Sanaa because of their precision in targeting Riyadh-backed mercenaries.

He added that Saudi Arabia has no choice but to accept the demands and will of the Yemeni people, saying that Yemenis are now more united than ever in seeking an end to the blockade on Yemen.
