Israel crossed red lines again; this time Europe reacted

Pars Today – France and Belgium condemned Israel’s attack on southern Beirut in a joint statement and called for adherence to the ceasefire and immediate withdrawal from Lebanon.

In a post on X (formerly called Twitter), Belgium’s Foreign Ministry called the Friday night Israeli strike a new breach of the November 2024 ceasefire, which binds all parties to protect civilians on both sides of the Blue Line. France’s Foreign Ministry also condemned the strikes and urged all parties to respect the ceasefire and ensure civilians' safety. /IRNA
