Iran's FM meets UN special envoy for Syria

Pars Today – On the sidelines of the 22nd Oslo Forum, Iran’s foreign minister held talks with the United Nations special envoy for Syria.

Seyyed Abbas Araghchi who is visiting Norway to attend the 22nd Oslo Forum, met and held talks with Geir Pedersen on Thursday. On the previous day, the Iranian foreign minister had also met with the prime minister and foreign minister of Norway as well as the foreign minister of Saudi Arabia. Araghchi additionally held a joint session with the foreign ministers of Egypt and Oman to engage in consultations and exchange views. (IRNA)
