Sheikh Naeem Qassem: Resistance is clear path of Lebanese people

Pars Today – Speaking at the Ashura ceremony, Hezbollah secretary-general, referring to the large attendance of people, emphasized that resistance against the Zionist regime's aggression will continue, and Hezbollah will never accept normalization of ties with the occupying regime.

Sheikh Naeem Qassem described the massive turnout on Ashura as a clear response to ill-wishers and a sign of the deep bond between the Lebanese people and the path of Resistance. He stated that while some had assumed regional developments might weaken popular support for the Resistance, the overwhelming public presence demonstrates the nation’s steadfastness in the face of oppression and aggression.

Referring to the continuation of Israeli attacks on Lebanese territory, Sheikh Qassem said defending the country is an inescapable duty, and Hezbollah will not back down even under the most difficult conditions.
