Hezbollah: US and Israel aim to partition Syria

Pars Today – A senior member of "Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc" in Lebanon’s Parliament has warned of the dangerous joint US-Israeli project in the region, declaring that Washington and Tel Aviv are working to partition Syria.

Speaking about recent developments in West Asia, MP Hussein al-Hajj Hassan said the project seeks dominance over the geography, politics, culture, economy, and security of the region’s countries and peoples.

He warned that events in Syria and schemes targeting Jordan and Egypt—despite both countries having signed normalization deals with Israel—reveal the true nature of the Zionist project to dominate the region.

“Those who believe submitting to the US-Zionist project will bring them security are deluding themselves,” he said.
