Pakistan's Foreign Minister: No plans to recognize Israeli regime

Pars Today - Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister reaffirmed his country's commitment to supporting an independent Palestinian state and opposing the illegitimate Zionist regime's occupation, stating that Islamabad has no plans to recognize Israel.
Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, during a press conference in New York after the International Conference on Palestine at the UN, said: "Our policy on Palestine is clear—we oppose Israeli regime's occupation and support the establishment of an independent Palestinian state." He also called for granting Palestine full UN membership. Regarding U.S.-brokered normalization plans with Israel, Pakistan's Foreign Minister categorically stated that Islamabad has no intention of recognizing Israel. Earlier, in his speech at the UN conference, he stressed that the occupation of Palestinian territories must end, declaring: "The time has come for freedom, self-determination, and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state." /IRNA
