World Youth Association for al-Quds: Palestine has always been the guiding light for freedom fighters

Pars Today – The head of the World Youth Association for al-Quds, based in Kuwait, emphasized on Sunday, on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, that Palestine has always been and continues to be the guiding light for freedom fighters.

Tariq Al-Shaye' stated that people defending their land and dignity face one of the most racist and brutal occupying regimes of the modern era. The head of the World Youth Association for al-Quds added that the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People is being observed at a time when the world is witnessing a growing humanitarian movement against occupation, with voices calling for an end to aggression, the lifting of the blockade, and accountability for the occupiers’ crimes, which spare neither children, women, nor the elderly.

Al-Shaye' emphasized that popular, student, and union support for the Palestinian cause is evidence of its justice and of the strong presence of the Palestinian narrative in people’s hearts and minds. He further stated that true solidarity is only fulfilled through concrete actions, the most important of which include rejecting normalization, boycotting the occupation, supporting the resilience of Palestinians in their land, and insisting on the immediate end of occupation and its crimes.

The International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People is observed annually on November 29 to highlight global attention to the challenges faced by Palestinian society.
