General strike in the West Bank

Pars Today – Palestinian citizens have launched a general strike following the killing of two young Palestinians in Al-Khalil, located in the West Bank.

The two youths were shot and martyred by Israeli occupation forces in the Bab al-Zawiya area of Al-Khalil. Palestinian sources reported last night that Israeli soldiers targeted the two young men, resulting in their deaths.

The Israeli military claimed that the Palestinian youths intended to carry out anti-Israel attacks and a vehicle-ramming operation. Attacks by Israeli forces in the West Bank have significantly increased in recent weeks, with last night’s incident marking another lethal escalation in Hebron in the southern West Bank. /Tasnim News Agency
