Leader attends Muharram mourning ceremony

Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei attended the mourning ceremony of Muharram, commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Husain (AS), at the Husseiniyeh of Imam Khomeini in Tehran.

Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus global pandemic, and special emphasis of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the mourning ceremony was held without the participation of people and lovers of the infallible household of Prophet Mohammad (SAWA).
