5 propositions on Tehran's rightfulness against Washington

The speech of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei, on May 1, 2024 to thousands of Iranian teachers and educational personnel contained important points about the current developments in West Asia region which should be particularly examined. The Leader, in part of his speech, said the US conduct with students protesting the Zionist regime's crimes, while these protests are without violence and destruction, are considered a proof to Iran's stance on pessimism towards the America government. A look at the developments of the recent months in the Occupied Territories exposes the contrasts that the US statesmen are caught in.
Nearly for the past 45 years that we have witnessed the continuation of differences between Tehran and Washington, the American officials have kept throwing allegations against Iran and the Islamic Republic has also raised some cases. But now, what is more evidently subjected to the world public opinion judgment, is the rightfulness of the stances raised by Tehran about Washington for the past decades. Here we are going to review some of the clear examples.

Usage of double standards by the US with the aim of pressuring independent governments like the Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the issues which have always been raised during the past decades by Tehran in the face of Washington. During the recent months and weeks, we have witnessed obvious examples of the US double standards which are considered a proof for Iran's rightfulness.
The US government, for the recent decades, has emerged as the "claimant of global leadership against violation of human rights" while the world has been witness during the recent months to the silence and even complicity of Washington with the crimes of the Zionist regime in the Occupied Territories.

This, while for the recent days, the world people witnessing the violent crackdown on the peaceful protests of students in condemnation of the Zionist regime crimes in Gaza, have realized the double standards of the US government more than ever.
The Americans are beating students, whereas, if such actions taken place in other countries, they would threaten them with sanction, resolution, global consensus, etc. and would try to both play the role of the "prosecutor" and appear in the costume of the "lawyer".
5. Another point to note is that Iran has emphasized several times for the recent decades that Palestine is considered the main issue of West Asia and normalization of ties with Tel Aviv will not be of any use. But now, many people in the region and the world have admitted the rightfulness of the Islamic Republic's stance; just as they admit "Apartheid", "crimes", "child-killing", "non-respect for international institutions" and so on by the Zionist regime.
