Pezeshkian: Any Zionist regime move against Iran will receive incredible response

Pars Today- Dr. Pezeshkian said the support of Western countries is the cause of continuation of the Zionist regime crimes.

In continuation of his Russian trip, Iran's President, Masoud Pezeshkian met and conferred with the Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Abiy Ahmed on Wednesday. "I entered the presidential campaign with the aim of national consensus and social solidarity inside the country and strengthening relations and cooperation with the world and I was accepted by people due to this approach", said Pezeshkian and added, "On the first day of my official activity, the Zionist regime disturbed the materialization of our goals with assassinating martyr Haniyeh as the official guest of the Islamic Republic of Iran."

According to Pars Today, referring to Iran's self-restraint against the Zionist regime terrorist crime with the hope of settling ceasefire in Gaza, the Iranian president added, "But, the continuation of the Zionist regime crimes in Gaza and spread of them to Lebanon forced us not to leave these moves unanswered."

Dr. Pezeshkian described the supports of Western countries as the cause of continuation of the Zionist regime crimes and made it clear, "If the Zionist regime makes any mistake and takes a measure against the Islamic Republic of Iran, it will receive a decisive and unbelievable response. We are not inclined to spread clash and tension in the region under any circumstances, and we welcome every measure leading to peace and calm; but the measures of the Zionist regime are exactly being taken with the aim of setting the entire region on fire. Thus, it is necessary that other countries, especially the Westerners, control this regime."

The prime minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, for his part, saying that the Islamic Republic of Iran is a famous country in Ethiopia and there is a positive record and image from the bilateral relations in the minds of the people, added, "We are worriedly monitoring the course of developments in your region."

Calling Iran as a powerful and independent country, Abiy Ahmed reiterated, "The current global and regional structures are unequal and the institutions such as BRICS are very effective and play role in reforming these inequalities."
