  • Zionist Security Expert: Israeli Army's Optimism for Ending the War in Two Weeks Has Faded

Pars Today – A Zionist regime security expert, referring to the Israeli army's prediction that the war with Iran would conclude within two weeks, stressed that this optimism has vanished and no specific timeline can now be set.

According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, Yossi Melman, a Zionist security expert, stated: "When the conflict began, the Israeli military anticipated that it would end within two weeks. However, now on the ninth day of fighting, this optimism has faded away, and the army admits it cannot provide a clear timeline."

He added: "Six days ago, I warned about the risk of a prolonged, attritional war. According to emergency reports, the number of casualties has reached 24 dead, 1,150 injured, and 9,000 displaced. Hundreds of locations have also sustained severe damage."

Meanwhile, the Zionist daily Yedioth Ahronoth, citing a senior officer from the Israeli Air Force, reported: "Following Israeli attacks, Iran has restored its capabilities and resumed launching surface-to-air missiles against our aircraft."
