Pars Today – An Iranian knowledge-based company has developed nanotechnology-based kits that play a key role in the rapid and accurate diagnosis of diseases such as cancer, gastrointestinal infections, and heart attacks.

On Sunday, Hadi Bagheri, CEO of an Iranian knowledge-based company, stated that rapid diagnostic kits for cancer, gastrointestinal infections, and heart attacks are among the company’s strategic products, replacing millions of euros worth of imports. According to Pars Today, he added: "These kits are currently being used in emergency departments across Iran."

He emphasized: "In the field of innovation, we have also successfully developed a non-invasive colorectal cancer detection kit, the second registered product of its kind in the world. This product serves as an alternative to colonoscopy, eliminating the need for invasive methods and making cancer diagnosis simpler and more cost-effective."

Smart Iranian nanotech casts for fractures

In another breakthrough, Iranian researchers have developed a new type of nanotech cast for treating fractures, allowing patients to comfortably carry out daily activities. Reduced costs and minimized skin irritation are just some of the advantages of this nano-based cast.

This product is fully competitive with foreign alternatives and costs one-tenth of similar imported versions. In addition to medical applications, these nano-engineered casts can also be used in industrial and construction sectors to enhance durability.
