Pars Today – A photographer from southern Iran’s Hormozgan province has won a gold medal at the international Exposure 2026 photography event for the third time in the “Nations’ Culture” category.
According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, Amir Minabian from Hormozgan succeeded in earning the award at the Exposure 2026 World Photography Festival, hosted in the United Arab Emirates, with an image highlighting the traditional clothing of women in Hormozgan province.
His winning photograph captured the authenticity and beauty of the local attire of women in the Persian Gulf region, presenting the cultural richness of southern Iran to an international audience and elevating the global recognition of Hormozgan’s cultural heritage.
