Akrami-Nia: Iran’s Army is fully prepared

Pars Today – The spokesperson for the Iranian Army said the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army is fully prepared and is continuously enhancing its operational readiness by restoring damaged systems, introducing new equipment, and relying on domestic capabilities.

According to Pars Today, citing Tasnim News Agency, Brigadier General Mohammad Akrami-Nia stressed that maintaining combat readiness is not merely a matter of acquiring equipment. He said the Iranian Army’s defensive capabilities have advanced in recent years through a combination of simultaneous measures, including restoring and upgrading existing systems, introducing new equipment, expanding domestic capabilities, and strengthening the motivation and morale of its personnel.

Akrami-Nia stated that the Army is pursuing the restoration and modernization of its equipment by relying on its own engineering and technical expertise. He said this process is not merely a technical operation but part of Iran’s broader defense strategy aimed at preserving deterrence and enhancing rapid response capabilities.

The Iranian Army spokesperson added that part of the development of the country’s defense capabilities is being carried out within the Army itself, while another part is being pursued in cooperation with Iran’s defense industry and other specialized institutions. He said this approach not only reduces dependence on external sources but also enables faster modernization and a more effective response to operational requirements.

Recalling that the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran has demonstrated throughout previous wars that it is capable of carrying out its missions under various conditions by relying on indigenous capabilities and careful planning, Akrami-Nia said that despite the two previous wars, the Iranian Army is currently at a very high level of readiness and is continuously working to further enhance its combat capabilities in light of future threats.

Meanwhile, Brigadier General Pilot Behmard, commander of the Iranian Army’s Air Force, said in a message that the Air Force would remain steadfast in following the leadership and defending the great Iranian nation against the aggression of its sworn enemies, carrying forward the legacy of its predecessors with unwavering dedication.
