  • Draft bill in support of Iranian elite/ Imam Khamenei: Even a single talent shouldn't be wasted

Pars Today- Iranian National Elite Foundation (INEF) has been shaped with the initiative of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution due to his concern on the issue of the elite and has become mature and effective after two decades.

Seyyed Salman Seyyed Afqahi, Deputy of the INEF said, "The INEF has prepared the draft bill of the law for supporting the Iranian elite community in 55 articles with a focus on effectiveness of the elite and providing the ground for using their capacity in executive organizations. Once this bill is ratified in the Majils (Iran's Parliament), it can solve the existing problems in the country."

The Leader's emphasis on recognition of talents

Referring to the need to recognize bright talents across the country, Seyyed Afqahi made it clear, "The issue of recognition [of talents] is so important that the Leader has stressed it several times and said that the processes should be designed in a way that no talent is ignored even in the remotest parts of the country."

He added, "The Leader stated, 'If a person has a special talent, then he is born, he grows and dies without his talent being recognized, he has been wronged.' That's why Imam Khamenei emphasizes that even a single talent must not be wasted among millions of Iranian youths."
