  • Iran sanctions 15 American, British persons & institutions related to genocide in Gaza

Pars Today- The Islamic Republic of Iran, in line with confronting terrorist moves in West Asia, slapped sanctions against a few American and British persons and institutions.

According to the Iranian Foreign Ministry statement, these sanctions have been exerted in line with enforcement of the law, "Confronting human rights violation and adventurous and terroristic actions of the US in the region, particularly based on articles 4 and 5 of the mentioned law, and also within the framework of enforcement of the law, "Confronting the Zionist regime's measures against peace and security" ratified in the Iranian Majlis (Parliament).

The American institutions that have been sanctioned by Iran's Foreign Ministry are as follows:

  1. The arms Lockheed Martin Corporation, due to providing and maintenance of military equipment for the Israeli regime during the Gaza war.
  2. General Dynamics Corporation, due to providing of 155 ml bullets for the Israeli regime during the Gaza war.
  3. Skydio Corporation, due to sending drones to the Israeli regime to use in the Gaza war.
  4. Chevron Corporation, due to cooperating with Israel in extraction of gas oils located in the Eastern Mediterranean and exploitation of the Israeli regime of financial resources thereof in attacking Gaza.
  5. The information Kharon Company, due to its role in the sanctions imposed by the US Department of Treasury against Hamas, trying to cut the access of Hamas and Islamic Jihad to the exchange transfer network, Crypto, with the pretext of money-laundering.

American sanctioned persons:

  1. Jason Greenblatt, former American President Donald Trump's senior advisor, due to supporting of Hamas annihilation and prioritizing omission of this group in any corrective measure in Palestine.
  2. Michael Rubin of the American Enterprise think-tank, due to supporting the continuation of attack on Hamas till the complete annihilation of this group and its omission in the Gaza Strip.
  3. Jason Brodsky, Policy Director of United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI), due to raising of anti-Palestine ideas and publication of untrue report about the Islamic Republic of Iran in Operation Al-Aqsa Storm.
  4. Clifford D. May, President of the Foundation of Defense of Democracies, due to supporting of anti-human rights measures in the Gaza war.
  5. General Bryan P. Fenton, Commander of the United States Special Operations Command, due to intelligence and security assistance to the Zionist regime.
  6. Brad Cooper, Commander of the 5th Fleet of the US Navy, due to his support for anti-human rights measures in the Gaza war.
  7. Gregory J. Hayes, CEO of RTX arms corporation, due to his support for anti-human actions in the Gaza war.

The British institutions and persons, too, have been sanctioned by the Iranian Foreign Ministry because of supporting the Zionist regime's criminal actions, including acts of terror against regional and international security, systematic violation of human rights, warmongering, usage of heavy arms and banned weapons against civilians, humanitarian siege, making the Palestinian people homeless, illegal settlement construction, and continuation of occupation of the Palestinian land.

  1. British Royal Air Force Akrotiri Base in Cypress
  2. British Navy Ship Diamond in the Red Sea
  3. British Elbit System Company
  4. British Parker Meggit Company
  5. British RAFAEL Company

Persons:

  1. Grant Shapps, British Secretary of State for Defence
  2. James Hockenhull, Commander of Strategic Command of British Army
  3. Sharon Nasmith, Deputy Chief of British General Staff
  4. Paul Raymond Griffiths, Assistant Chief of British General Staff
  5. Adryan Bird, Director of Defense Intelligence of British Army
  6. Richard Kemp, Commander of UK Royal Navy in Red Sea HMC Richmond
  7. Simon Cloke, Commander of RAF Akrotiri Royal Force and,
  8. Peter Ivans, Commander of UK Royal Navy in Red Sea HMC Diamond.

 All the institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran, according to the ratifications of relevant bodies, will take necessary actions to enforce these sanctions.

Clearly, this sanction move will not rule out criminal prosecution at competent judicial courts of persons complicit in criminal actions.
