    The meeting of foreign ministers of Iran and Bangladesh

Pars Today- Iran's foreign minister, in a meeting with his Bengali counterpart, appreciated the stances of the Bangladeshi government and nation in support for the Palestinian people.

The Iranian Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, on the sideline of the 15th Summit of the Islamic countries in Banjul on Saturday, talked with the Bengali Foreign Minister, Hassan Mahmoud, about the course of expansion of Tehran-Dhaka relations and common issues of the two countries including the agenda of the Islamic countries summit.

Amir-Abdollahian, appreciating the stances of the Bengali government and nation in supporting the Palestinian people, underlined the importance of interaction and coordination among the Islamic countries to support the Palestinian issue and confront the crimes of the Zionist regime as a common demand of Muslim nations and all people in the world.

Hassan Mahmoud, too, expressing pleasure over his meeting with the Iranian counterpart, considered as valuable and praiseworthy the principled and decisive stances of the Islamic Republic of Iran in support for the Palestinian people.

The Bangladeshi foreign minister, also, stressed the need for immediate and decisive action of the Islamic countries to stop the crimes of the Israeli regime in Gaza.
