  • Resistance front officials phone call with Pezeshkian / Zionist regime root cause of bitter events in West Asia

Pars Today- Iran's president-elect in separate phone calls with Mahdi al-Mashat, Chairman of Yemen's Supreme Political Council, and Ismail Haniyeh, Head of Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) Political Bureau, emphasized on the Islamic Republic of Iran's support for the Palestinian nation and resistance.

Masoud Pezeshkian, the Iranian president-elect, in separate phone calls with al-Mashat and Haniyeh, said, "Iran will never leave the Palestinian nation alone in these hard conditions." According to Pars Today, Pezeshkian in contact with Ismail Haniyeh, condemning the Israeli crimes in Gaza, stressed, "Iran will make all its effort to stop war and genocide in Gaza."

Haniyeh, too, appreciating the all-out supports of the Islamic Republic of Iran for Palestine and the resistance front, expressed hope that more political and diplomatic efforts would be made to materialize ceasefire in Gaza.

The Iranian president-elect in his phone contact with the Chairman of Yemen's Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, praised the brave decision of the Yemeni leaders and people to support the rights of the innocent Palestinian people and said, "While the inaction of some governments towards the Palestinian nation will be castigated by future generations, the support of the Yemeni nation for innocent Palestinians will shine forever like a bezel."

Pezeshkian added, "Unlike some of the Arab countries, Yemen, despite many hardships and likely risks, has practically entered the field of support for Palestinians, which will remain forever in history."

The Iranian president-elect said the root causes of all regional bitter events are the destructive Western policies and the presence of the Zionist regime in the region, and reiterated,

"The commonalities between the two nations and countries of Iran and Yemen are historical and deep; and the 14th Iranian government, relying on these commonalities, will seek all-out expansion of bilateral ties."

Chairman of Yemen's Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, too, appreciating the powerful and decisive stances of the Islamic Republic of Iran towards the rights of the Palestinian nation and all the oppressed in the world, made it clear,

"Be sure that history will not forget the truth-seeking stances of Iran."

Al-Mashat, then, stated that Yemen seeks brotherly relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran in all fields and described unity as the source of power and discord as the source of defeat of Muslim nations.
