Israeli insurance companies suffer heavy losses

Pars Today - According to the Israeli regime’s insurance authority, the Gaza war has caused over $640 million in losses for Israeli insurance companies.

The company reported that the total costs, compensation, and benefits paid out by the insurance companies due to the war against Gaza amount to 2.4 billion shekels (approximately $640 million USD). According to Pars Today, the report states that over 70,000 Israelis have filed claims with the Israeli insurance authority over the past year, claiming to have been injured in the war.

Meanwhile, the company has announced that over 12,500 Israelis have applied for recognition of permanent disability due to the war, including 11,760 due to psychological trauma, 527 due to physical injuries, and 441 due to both psychological and physical injuries.

The Israeli insurance authority predicts that thousands more will be added to the list of those in need of psychological and material assistance in the coming months.

The Israeli regime, with the full support of Western countries, launched a massive attack on the Gaza Strip and the West Bank on October 7, targeting defenseless and oppressed Palestinian civilians.

In response, Palestinian resistance groups in Gaza and other resistance groups in Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, and Syria have vowed to take revenge on the occupying regime.

According to the latest reports, over 41,000 Palestinians have been killed and more than 96,000 injured in the Israeli attacks on Gaza.
