Pars Today – The Israeli website Walla reported on the role of the MEK (Mujahedin-e Khalq) terrorist group in recent events in Iran, noting the active involvement of its cells in sabotage and armed operations across Iranian cities.

According to Walla News, MEK terrorist teams in recent days have engaged in violent and destructive actions, including setting fire to dozens of public and government buildings in major Iranian cities such as Tehran, Mashhad, and Kermanshah.

According to Pars Today, the Israeli outlet added that the arson of several public sites on Thursday in Isfahan was also carried out by the MEK terrorist group.

Walla reported that after relocating its main headquarters to Eastern Europe over the past decade, the MEK has managed to establish sleeper cells throughout Iran and, in recent years, has been employing a “hybrid warfare” strategy—a combination of cyberattacks, targeted sabotage, and armed confrontations.

The report also highlighted the long history of cooperation between the MEK terrorist group and Western intelligence agencies, particularly Mossad, noting that in 2003, MEK operatives provided foreign parties with information regarding the establishment of the Natanz uranium enrichment facility.

The Israeli outlet acknowledged that in recent days, the MEK has effectively become the military arm of the Zionist regime within Iran, carrying out armed and sabotage operations using its operational teams.
