Unprecedented crisis of manpower shortage in Israeli regime’s army
Pars Today – Media outlets of the Israeli regime have revealed the emergence of a deep and structural crisis within the regime’s military establishment, reporting that the army is facing a major and unprecedented shortage of personnel and manpower.
According to Pars Today, citing IRNA, based on reports from Israeli media, senior military commanders and officials have warned about the severe consequences of the army’s manpower shortage, emphasizing that even measures such as extending the duration of compulsory military service cannot compensate for this deep-rooted crisis.
These explicit admissions by military officials come as the Israeli army, due to the prolonged war in Gaza and the heavy daily casualties inflicted by Hezbollah’s operations in southern Lebanon — including the wounding of 10 Israeli soldiers in just the past day — is facing severe troop exhaustion and a growing phenomenon of soldiers fleeing military service.
