Pars Today – Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesperson has said that the ongoing process and the presence of senior Pakistani officials in Tehran do not mean that we have reached a turning point or a decisive situation.

According to Pars Today, Ismail Baqaei, spokesperson for Iran's Foreign Ministry, said in an interview with News Network in response to a question about whether this signifies a change in the negotiation process: "The differences between Iran and the United States are so deep and numerous, especially after the crimes they have committed in the past two to three months. It cannot be said that with just a few exchanges or negotiations over a few weeks or months we will definitely reach a result. Diplomacy takes time, and both sides use every opportunity to convey their views."

In response to the question, "Which of the disputed points is likely receiving more attention now?" Ismail Baqaei said: "The negotiations are focused on ending the war, and the details of nuclear-related issues are not to be discussed at this stage. The issue of ending the war on all fronts, including Lebanon, is a very important matter. Also, the situation in the Strait of Hormuz and the issue of the US aggression against ships, which they themselves have called a naval blockade of Iran, must be examined. These are important issues that remain under discussion."
