Ansarullah leader: Saudi rulers using all capabilities to defend Israeli regime

Pars Today – The leader of Yemen's Ansaraullah movement said that many Arab governments allied with foreign powers are serving the interests of the Israeli regime.

According to Pars Today, citing Tasnim News Agency, Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, the leader of Yemen's Ansarullah movement, condemned the U.S.-Saudi aggression against Iraq in a speech on Thursday and expressed his full solidarity with the Iraqi people, the country's security institutions, its fighters, and the families of those martyred.

Al-Houthi said that the enemies of the Islamic world are pursuing projects under the banners of "remaking the Middle East" and "creating Greater Israel," while targeting Islamic values. He added that they are waging both hard and soft forms of conflict against the Muslim world more aggressively than ever before, and claimed that many regional governments have aligned themselves with Zionism.

He further stated that the military actions of the United States and the Israeli regime against the Islamic Republic of Iran, Lebanon, Palestine, and other nations in the region are intended to eliminate forces they view as obstacles to the implementation of the Zionist project. He characterized the United States as an expansionist adversary that had come from outside the region to occupy, kill, plunder, deprive regional nations of their freedom, and dominate them.

Al-Houthi also claimed that Saudi Arabia has used "all its capabilities" to protect the Israeli regime from drones and missiles launched from Yemen. He said Yemen had informed Riyadh that it deliberately chose flight paths for its drones and missiles that avoided Saudi airspace, but alleged that Saudi forces still acted to intercept them. According to al-Houthi, Yemeni drones bypassed Saudi airspace to avoid giving Riyadh a pretext for military action, yet Saudi Arabia nevertheless intercepted some of the Yemeni drones and missiles that were aimed at Israel.
