Typhoon In-Fa inundates east China

Typhoon In-Fa lashes eastern China with high winds and heavy rain even as other parts of the country are still cleaning up following historic flooding. Shanghai and neighboring coastal areas, including Hangzhou, cancelled all flights, transport links were suspended, and schools and businesses closed as winds reached up to 137 km/h (85mph).
