Losing their influence after the global developments, the G7 member states, after the unofficial meeting on the sidelines of Munich summit, issuing an anti-Iran statement, criticized Iran's political influence in West Asia.
The G7 member states have criticized Iran's political influence in West Asia, while Tehran has adhered to good neighborliness and has sent several letters to the UN Security Council and the UN secretary general asking for resolution of the regional problems without the interference of foreign governments.
In view of this, the permanent mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran at the UN, made it clear in a recent letter to the UNSC and the UN chief, "The Islamic Republic of Iran's stance on the Yemeni crisis has always been integrated and sustainable. This crisis should be resolved via a comprehensive political process which guarantees the independence, national sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country."
