The 10th Caspian Media Forum was held on Saturday in Astrakhan, Russia, with the main agenda titled "The History of the Caspian: From the Past to the Future." Kazem Jalali, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Russian Federation, addressed the topic of "The War of Narratives and the Distortion of Facts" at the plenary session of the 2025 Caspian Media Conference. He stated that while negotiations with the United States were ongoing, the Islamic Republic of Iran was subjected to a brutal attack by the Zionist regime. Kazem Jalali added that their primary goal was to overthrow the Islamic Republic system in Iran, but due to the wisdom of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution and the rapid restructuring of the military forces, Iran's crushing response to the Zionist regime began in less than 17 hours. He emphasized that it was this superiority in firepower of the Islamic Republic of Iran that forced the Israeli regime to propose a ceasefire.
