Dangerous thought in praise of atomic bombing of Japanese people and bombing of people of Gaza

Pars Today- A professor of San Francisco University, criticizing the comparison of the Palestine Liberation Organization with the Japanese Empire, castigated the threat on using atomic bomb in Gaza.

Tomomi Kinukawa is a researcher and human rights activist who is basically from Asia who presently teaches at the Department of Women and Gender Studies in San Francisco University.

This international researcher wrote on Counterpunch website, "Zionist politicians, including Benjamin Netanyahu, in order to justify the genocide of the Palestinian people, have pointed to the aerial bombardment of Germany and Japan during WWII and the nuclear bombardment of Hiroshima and Nagasaki." While the global rage against the unconditioned military aids of the US to Israel has increased, the American lawmakers, through repetition of similar hints to WWII, have legitimized the US support for Israeli genocide of Palestinians and blocking of humanitarian aids [to Gaza]. For instance, Tim Walberg, the lawmaker of Michigan at the House of Representatives, speaking in the municipality session on March 25, explicitly spoke of destruction of Gaza and the necessity of bombarding the place like Nagasaki and Hiroshima.

The ever-increasing reference to the bombardment of Japan and dropping of two atomic bombs over the two big cities of this country during WWII, regardless of political proclivities in the US, is a dangerous issue. The open remarks of Republicans reflect the dangerous spirit dominating the American politicians. It is essential to vociferously condemn and reject the false likening of the Japanese Empire and the anti-colonialist Palestine Liberation Organization that is being promoted by Zionists and racists in a bid to legitimize the widespread genocide of the Palestinian people and usage of weapons of mass destruction.

The International Rights gives the Palestinian people the right to resist, including armed resistance in order to achieve their goals for determination of their fate. Zionists and racists, wrongly, call the anti-colonialist Palestine Liberation Organization as "religious fanaticism". Concurrently, Zionists, through false analysis, try to justify their exploitation of Holocaust for denial of victimization of Palestinians.

Japanese people protesting the country's policies in support for genocide in Gaza

The world people realize that the Japanese Empire was the colonizer of the people of Asia and Oceania since the 19th century till the end of WWII. But, what does this have to do with today's American and Israeli aggression in the world? The people of Japan enjoy political and civilizational perception. For the people of Japan, solidarity with Palestine means negation of aggression of their former empire and also negation of today's American imperialism and European colonialism [manifested] in the form of Israel.

It is necessary for all of us to stand in solidarity with Palestine Liberation Organization and prevent the continuous Israeli assault on Gaza and the rest of Palestine. Israel, with the support of the American domineering system and the collaboration of governments, like Japan, has ignored international rules and attacked anti-colonialist Palestinian liberation organizations. Unfortunately, the Japanese government stands on the wrong side of history just as it showed a wrong election in the past century; but this is not the vote and view of the Japanese culture and community.

Alongside the analysis of this university lecturer, we should know that the carnage of the innocent is always condemned; hence, the American narrative that "had there not been dropped atomic bombs over the innocent Japanese people, WWII would have continued and more people would have been killed" is a wicked deception originated in an anti-humane discourse.
