Iraqi security forces have dismantled a terrorist group as it was planning attacks on Shia Muslims during mourning rituals on Arba’een, which marks 40 days after the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (PBUH), the grandson of Prophet Muhammad (Blessings of God upon him and his progeny).
