UN envoy: Israel must immediately stop attacks on Syria

Pars Today - The United Nations special envoy for Syria, condemning the Israeli regime's attacks on the Arab country, called on Zionists to respect Syria's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Geir Pedersen, in a statement on Saturday, called on the Israeli regime to immediately stop its attacks on Syria and not put civilians at risk. Pedersen noted: "We call on Israel to respect international law and the sovereignty, unity, integrity and independence of Syria."/IRNA
