Pakistani Army spox: 8 killed in Indian missile attack on Pakistan

Pars Today - A spokesperson for the Pakistani Army said that India targeted the Bahawalpur areas in Punjab and Muzaffarabad and Kotli in Kashmir with missile attacks, adding that 8 people were killed, 35 others were injured, and 2 were missing as a result of the attacks.

The spokesman added that India used ballistic missiles to target civilian targets, including two mosques in the Muzaffarabad and Kotli areas of Kashmir and Bahawalpur in Punjab. The Indian Army also announced that it had not targeted any Pakistani military installations. Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Mohammad Asif also said that several Indian soldiers were captured by Pakistani forces and five of its fighter jets were shot down./ IRIB news agency
