Araghchi: Sweden’s anti-Iran decisions are neither understandable nor justifiable
Pars Today – The foreign minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, criticizing on Saturday Sweden’s recent anti-Iran actions, wrote: "From the perspective of the Islamic Republic of Iran, these decisions are neither understandable nor justifiable."
Seyyed Abbas Araghchi wrote on the social platform X: "There was a time when relations between Iran and Sweden were at the height of engagement and flourishing. Renowned Swedish brands such as Scania and Volvo were favored by Iranian economic actors, and there was extensive travel and diverse exchanges between the two countries. The Iranian foreign minister, adding that over the past decade, this path has taken a troubling turn, stated: "The time has come to move beyond worn-out rhetoric and open a new chapter in Iran–Sweden relations."/ ISNA
