China: US 'Golden Dome' threatens global stability

Pars Today – China’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson on Wednesday voiced Beijing’s serious concern over the US missile defense program known as the "Golden Dome," warning it threatens strategic global balance and stability.

Mao Ning said that implementing this plan could violate peaceful-use agreements regarding outer space and trigger an arms race beyond the Earth’s atmosphere. She urged the US to halt the development and deployment of global missile defense systems.
