Gharibabadi: Talks held with Chinese and Russian envoys on expanding cooperation

Pars Today – The deputy foreign minister of Iran for legal and international affairs announced meetings with the ambassadors of Russia and China in Tehran, stating that enhancing cooperation within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the latest developments in Iran-US negotiations were key topics of discussion.

Kazem Gharibabadi wrote on X that he held separate meetings with Cong Peiwu, the Chinese Ambassador, and Alexey Dedov, the Russian Ambassador, in Tehran. He noted that with upcoming BRICS and SCO summits on the horizon, they reviewed ways to strengthen cooperation within these important organizations.
