Clashes erupt in Los Angeles over immigration policies

Pars Today - Following attacks by federal immigration agents and the arrest of dozens of people in Los Angeles, the city became the scene of intense clashes between police and anti-immigration protesters.

In the early moments of the confrontation, some protesters threw broken concrete pieces at officers, prompting the police to respond with large amounts of tear gas and pepper spray. Security forces also deployed “flash-bang” stun grenades to disperse the crowds. (IRNA)
