Araghchi: Unified regional stance needed to condemn Israeli aggression

Pars Today – Iran’s foreign minister emphasized the importance of a unified and coordinated regional stance in condemning the Zionist regime’s criminal attacks against Iran during a phone call with the secretary-general of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council (PGCC).

Jasem Mohammad Al Budaiwi called Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi and, referring to the Council’s statement, condemned the Israeli military attacks on Iran. He described Zionists' measure as a dangerous escalation of regional tensions, a flagrant violation of international law and the UN Charter, and a direct threat to regional and international security and stability.

He stressed the need for the international community and the UN Security Council to take responsibility for an immediate halt to and condemnation of these aggressions. / IRNA
