Pars Today – A media advisor for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has warned of the catastrophic situation in Gaza.
Adnan Abu Hasna stated that the humanitarian situation in Gaza has moved beyond disaster, with hundreds of thousands of residents suffering from hunger and disease amid the total collapse of basic services. “We are now speaking of a post-catastrophe phase,” he said, emphasizing the unprecedented and severe nature of the crisis. He reported widespread hunger and illness, with disease in Gaza rapidly spreading due to malnutrition and consumption of polluted and unsafe water.
