Iran's FM criticizes biased stance of some countries justifying Israeli aggression
Pars Today – The Iranian foreign minister has criticized the biased stance of certain European countries for justifying the aggressive actions of the Zionist regime and the United States.
Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, in a phone conversation on Saturday evening with Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis, referring to the military aggression by Israel and the US against Iran, called it a flagrant violation of the UN Charter and international law. He stressed the need for all countries to take a firm position in condemning this blatant illegality and holding the aggressors accountable.
Araghchi warned that the biased conduct of some European nations in legitimizing Israeli and American violations promotes lawlessness and exacerbates insecurity both regionally and globally.
The Swiss foreign minister, reaffirming his country’s support for diplomacy and willingness to cooperate, described the military strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities as a breach of international law and emphasized the importance of continued efforts to prevent further escalation and instability.
