U.S. Aircraft Carrier Docks in Oman

Pars Today – New satellite images show that the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz has docked at a port in Oman, along the Arabian Sea coast.

The USS Nimitz, the lead ship of its class in the U.S. Navy, entered the West Asia region in June and has been operating near the Gulf of Oman since Israel’s attacks on Iran.

According to Newsweek, the carrier’s docking in Oman highlights the U.S. Navy’s continued presence in the region and its readiness for potential incidents. (IRNA)
